Panzer Tank Megatron.

The only thing I don't like about this model are the non-rotating hands, and the thin upper arms.  Well, that, and it's lost forever.. 

Dirt texture - all textures - really start improving with this guy.  And a gorgeous alt mode to boot.

.Even the heads a little better (but not all there yet).  Still, not bad.
