Classics Grimlock.

Everyone's favorite kick-ass warrior (turned moron comic relief season three - ugh).  Here's my version of the toy, with some (I hope what you'll consider to be) improvements.

Not to much difference from the toy in this form, except for non-exposed fists and feet with better movement.

The robot mode.  The neck part of the robot is swiveled about 145 degrees to make it flair at the bottom to be more g1 reminiscent.  The legs are a little longer.  And the hands are much more posable than the toy (although for $10, the toy is pretty damn amazing).  Now here's where it really gets different:

Rather than a missile launcher with a rave stick stuffed in it, he has a regular old rifle.  And the sword detaches.  Woot.  And below:

Close combat weapons.  The claw/blade combo (left hand) are used to rip open Decepticon armor, while the blunter claws are used to shred internal pieces one the 'Con is ripped open.  Nasty.  And here's one more render:
